背景介绍
B7-1与B7-2及其受体CD28和CTLA-4共同构成调节T细胞和B细胞应答的核心共刺激通路之一。尽管CTLA-4与CD28均可结合相同配体，但CTLA-4与B7-1/B7-2的结合亲和力比CD28高20-100倍，并参与免疫应答的下调过程。
B淋巴细胞激活抗原B7-1（简称B7）亦称为分化簇80（CD80），是细胞表面免疫球蛋白超家族成员，表达于活化B细胞、活化T细胞、巨噬细胞及树突状细胞。该蛋白是T细胞表面两种不同蛋白的配体：CD28（参与自身调节和细胞间联结）与CTLA-4（参与调控衰减和细胞解离）。CD80与CD86协同作用激活T细胞，还通过激活巨噬细胞中的NF-κB信号通路参与诱导先天性免疫应答。因此CD80被视为自身免疫性疾病和多种癌症的重要治疗靶点。
