This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-60 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

分化簇70（CD70）亦称为CD27配体（CD27L/CD27LG）或肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员7（TNFSF7/TNFSF7G），是一种属于TNF超家族（TNFSF）的II型跨膜糖蛋白，作为表面抗原表达于活化的T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞及成熟树突状细胞表面。CD70通过与受体CD27结合，可诱导T细胞的启动、效应功能发挥、分化及记忆形成，从而参与T细胞活化、共刺激T细胞增殖以及细胞毒性T细胞生成等生物学过程。T细胞表面的CD70能提供T细胞增殖、克隆扩增及促进效应T细胞形成所需的共刺激信号。研究表明，小鼠B细胞表面的CD70可抑制活化B细胞向浆细胞的终末分化，并增强记忆B细胞应答的定向分化。在自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）中，CD70能诱导细胞增殖并促进γ干扰素（IFNγ）的产生。
