背景介绍
T细胞表面抗原CD2（亦称红细胞受体、LFA-2、LFA-3受体、玫瑰花结受体、T细胞表面抗原T11/Leu-5及SRBC）是一种表达于T细胞和自然杀伤（NK）细胞表面的单次跨膜I型膜蛋白。该蛋白属于免疫球蛋白超家族成员，包含一个Ig样C2型结构域和一个Ig样V型结构域。
CD2/SRBC可与其他细胞表面表达的黏附分子相互作用：在人类中主要与淋巴细胞功能相关抗原-3（LFA-3/CD58）结合，在啮齿类动物中则与CD48结合。除介导细胞黏附外，CD2还作为T细胞和NK细胞的共刺激分子发挥作用。作为T细胞和NK细胞的特异性标志物，CD2可通过免疫组织化学法用于组织切片中这类细胞的鉴定。
