氨基磺酸，又称酰胺磺酸、酰胺硫酸、氨基磺酸和磺酰胺酸，是一种分子式为 H3NSO3 的分子化合物。这种无色水溶性化合物有多种应用。氨基磺酸在 205°C 时熔化，高温下分解为水、三氧化硫、二氧化硫和氮气。
氨基磺酸（H3NSO3）可被视为硫酸（H2SO4）和磺酰胺（H4N2SO2）之间的中间化合物，实际上每一步都是用胺基（–NH2）取代羟基（–OH）基团。这种模式在任一方向上若不破坏磺酰基（–SO2–）部分则无法进一步延伸。氨基磺酸盐是氨基磺酸的衍生物。
