Description：ANK peptide 是一种基于单锚蛋白基序保守残基设计的新型肽，是由34个氨基酸组成的多肽。ANK peptide 是 γ-突触核蛋白 (SNCG) 的抑制剂，可与 SNCG 结合，竞争 SNCG-BubR1 相互作用，从而增强乳腺癌细胞对抗微管药物 (如诺考达唑和紫杉醇) 的敏感性。ANK peptide 可用于肿瘤的研究。
ANK peptide is a novel peptide designed based on conserved residues of a single anchor protein motif, consisting of 34 amino acids. ANK peptide is an inhibitor of γ - synaptophysin (SNCG), which can combine with SNCG to compete for SNCG BubR1 interaction, thus enhancing the sensitivity of breast cancer cells to microtubule drugs (such as nocodazole and paclitaxel). ANK peptide can be used for tumor research.
