Description：Lypressin Acetate是哺乳动物如猪等脑下垂体后叶分泌激素，与加压素结构唯一不同点在于第八位由精氨酸换成赖氨酸，是由9个氨基酸组成的环状多肽。Lypressin Acetate在临床上主要用于尿崩症、食管静脉曲张出血的治疗，也用于中枢性尿崩症、肾性尿崩症和精神性烦渴的鉴别诊断。
Lypressin Acetate is a hormone secreted by the posterior pituitary gland of mammals such as pigs. The only structural difference from vasopressin is that the eighth position is replaced by arginine, which is a cyclic peptide composed of 9 amino acids. Lypressin acetate is mainly used in clinical practice for the treatment of diabetes insipidus and esophageal variceal bleeding, as well as for the differential diagnosis of central diabetes insipidus, renal diabetes insipidus, and psychogenic restlessness.
