肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员17（TNFRSF17）亦称B细胞成熟蛋白（BCMA）或CD269抗原，是TNF受体超家族成员。该蛋白包含一个TNFR-Cys重复结构域，在成熟B细胞中表达，但不存在于T细胞或单核细胞。TNFRSF17作为TNFSF13B/BLyS/BAFF与TNFSF13/APRIL的受体，可促进B细胞存活并参与体液免疫调节，其功能机制涉及NF-κB与JNK信号通路的激活。
