增殖诱导配体（APRIL）亦称肿瘤坏死因子配体超家族成员13、TALL-2、TRDL-1、CD256或TNFSF13，是一种能够与TNFRSF13B/TACI及TNFRSF17/BCMA受体结合的细胞因子。作为肿瘤坏死因子家族成员，APRIL主要与血液系统恶性肿瘤相关。
与其功能密切相关的TNF家族配体——B细胞活化因子（BAFF）与增殖诱导配体（APRIL）共同参与成熟B淋巴细胞的生成与维持。BAFF和APRIL均可组装成同源三聚体，通过结合并激活多种部分共用的受体发挥作用。不同化学计量组成的BAFF-APRIL异源多聚体具有独特的受体结合特性与生物学活性。此外，研究发现在GC细胞中，APRIL的表达受到miR-145的调控。
