GFRα样蛋白（亦称GDNF家族受体α样蛋白、GFRAL、C6orf144、UNQ9356、PRO34128）是一种特异性表达于脑干的受体蛋白。生长分化因子15（GDF15）作为一种循环蛋白，参与能量稳态调节、体重调控以及癌症与慢性疾病引发的恶病质等多种生理病理过程。最新研究发现，GDNF家族受体α样蛋白（GFRAL）是介导GDF15厌食效应的神经元性脑干受体，该受体通过响应代谢应激和毒素应激来调控进食行为、能量消耗及体重变化。当GFRAL与其配体GDF15结合后，会与RET受体形成复合物，通过激活MAPK和AKT信号通路诱导细胞内信号转导。
