干扰素α/β受体2(IFNAR2)亦称IFN-α结合蛋白、IFN-α/β受体2、I型干扰素受体2、IFNABR及IFNARB,是一种单次跨膜的I型膜蛋白,属于II类细胞因子受体家族。IFNAR2可与IFNAR1结合形成I型干扰素受体,是干扰素α和β的特异性受体。
该受体参与干扰素介导的STAT1、STAT2和STAT3激活过程:其亚型1和亚型2通过与酪氨酸激酶JAK1结合直接参与信号转导;而亚型3则是I型干扰素受体活性的强效抑制剂。IFNAR2的遗传变异会影响乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的易感性。
