【标记内吞小泡的作用机制】
当细胞发生内吞作用时,荧光黄尸胺会随胞外物质一同被摄入细胞,包裹形成内吞小泡。其自身的强荧光特性可直接指示内吞小泡的位置与分布,帮助研究人员观察内吞过程的动态变化,以及内吞小泡的转运、融合等后续过程。
