荧光响应机制
MQAE 的荧光强度与氯离子浓度呈负相关,核心原理是氯离子通过碰撞猝灭作用消耗探针激发态的能量。
氯离子浓度越高,与激发态MQAE分子的碰撞频率就越高,荧光能量以非辐射形式耗散的比例越大,最终检测到的荧光信号就越弱。
