AP39介绍
AP39 是一种经三苯基膦修饰的茴香脑二硫杂环戊烯类化合物,同时也是一种线粒体靶向性硫化氢供体。AP39 能够提升细胞内的硫化氢水平,在氧化应激条件下发挥细胞保护作用,并维持线粒体 DNA 的完整性。

AP39作用机制
抗氧化作用:清除线粒体内氧化应激产物,减少线粒体DNA损伤,维持线粒体膜电位稳定。
