SPSB2-IiNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-1 is a cyclic peptide composed of 8 amino acids that inhibits the interaction between SPSB2 and iNOS by binding to the SPRY domain and the iNOS site (KD of 4.4 nM) on SOCS box protein 2 (SPSB2). SPSB2-IiNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-1 exhibits resistance to gastric protease, trypsin, and α - chymotrypsin. SPSB2iNOS inhibitory cyclic peptide-1 exhibits stability in human plasma and oxidative environments.
