Azurin p28 peptide induces apoptosis or cell cycle arrest. Azurin p28 peptide inhibits the growth of p53 positive tumors. Azurin p28 peptide exhibits anti angiogenic effects by inhibiting VEGFR-2, FAK, and Akt phosphorylation
