[Ala17] - MCH is an effective melanin concentrating hormone (MCH) receptor agonist polypeptide, consisting of 19 amino acids in the sequence and a disulfide ring structure, with good stability. Compared with the EC50 values of 17 and 54 nM for MCH1 and MCH2 receptors, the experiment showed that the selectivity for MCH1 was better than that for MCH2 (Ki values of 0.16 and 34 nM, respectively).
