Description：NK-2是一种缩短的线性两亲性 NK-Lysin 类似物 (包含 NK-Lysin 的残基 39-65)，是一种抗菌肽，序列中含有27个氨基酸，对 trypanosoma cruzi，Candida albicans，革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌具有有效活性。NK-2 可以杀死驻留在人胶质母细胞瘤细胞系 86HG39 内的锥虫，使宿主细胞明显不受伤害。
NK-2 is a shortened linear amphiphilic NK Lysin analogue (containing residues 39-65 of NK Lysin), an antimicrobial peptide with a sequence of 27 amino acids, and effective activity against trypanosoma cruzi, Candida albicans, Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. NK-2 can kill trypanosomes residing in the human glioblastoma cell line 86HG39, leaving the host cells significantly unharmed.
