Aldehyde resin, also known as polyaldehyde resin, is a versatile resin featuring excellent non-yellowing properties, weather resistance, and compatibility. It appears as white or slightly yellow solid particles and is available in two forms: rounded granular particles produced through pelletizing and irregular fine particles without pelletizing.
It is widely used in solvent-based inks and coatings, universal pigment concentrates, solvent-free coatings, UV-curable coatings, adhesives, powder coatings, and resin modification systems to improve non-yellowing properties, weather resistance, compatibility with other resins, fast drying, gloss, adhesion, pigment wetting and dispersion, and to increase solid content.
Due to its excellent performance and stability, it has been widely recognized and adopted by manufacturers of paints, inks, and coatings.
