Description：CPI1 是一种有效的且高特异性的多药耐药蛋白 1 (MRP1) 抑制剂多肽，是由17个氨基酸组成的脂键环肽。CPI1 对 MRP1 具有纳摩尔级的抑制活性 (Ki: 100 nM)，对 P-糖蛋白 (Pgp) 的抑制作用很小。CPI1 与 LTC4 竞争结合 MRP1 的同一位点，抑制 ATP 水解和底物转运。CPI1 可用于药物递送和癌症化疗耐药性的研究。
CPI1 is a potent and highly specific peptide inhibitor of multidrug resistance protein 1 (MRP1), consisting of a 17-amino acid lipopeptide with a cyclic structure. CPI1 exhibits nanomolar-level inhibitory activity against MRP1 (Ki: 100 nM) with minimal effect on P-glycoprotein (Pgp). CPI1 competes with LTC4 for binding to the same site of MRP1, inhibiting ATP hydrolysis and substrate transport. CPI1 can be utilized in drug delivery and research on chemotherapy resistance in cancer.
