作用机制
该底物的分子结构中包含凝血酶的特异性识别序列 Gly-Gly-Arg,凝血酶会特异性切割精氨酸(Arg)与AMC之间的肽键。游离的 AMC 基团会被 390 nm 的激发光激活,在 480 nm 处产生强烈的荧光信号,荧光强度与体系中凝血酶的生成量呈正相关,以此实现对凝血酶的定量检测。
