1-Bromo-2-nitrobenze, is an organic building block used for the synthesis of various pharmaceutical compounds.It is anintermediate for the synthesis of novel Diarylamino-1,3,5-triazine derivatives as FAK inhibitors with anti-angiogenic activity.

生产方法
由邻硝基苯胺经下列步骤制得。将邻硝基苯胺和硫酸的混合物冷却至0-5℃，在搅拌下慢慢加入亚硝酸钠水溶液，至反应对淀粉碘化钾试纸变蓝。将所得的重氮盐溶液在搅拌下慢慢加入40℃的溴化亚铜溶液中。冷却后用乙醚提取，提取液用碱液、盐酸溶液及水洗涤，回收乙醚后即得产品。产率约70%。 用于有机合成。
