三、结构分析

刚果红（Congo Red）：作为经典偶氮染料，可特异性结合具有β-折叠片结构的淀粉样蛋白，结合后吸收光谱红移，偏振光下呈现苹果绿双折射现象，是淀粉样变性诊断的金标准之一。

生物素：通过高亲和力与链霉亲和素或亲和素结合，实现信号放大、分子捕获或靶向递送。
