Description：Angiotensin (1-7)是肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)中的一种内源性七肽，由于其在心肌细胞中的抗炎和抗纤维化活性而具有心脏保护作用。Angiotensin 1-7抑制纯化的犬血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)活性，可以通过通过抑制血管紧张素转换酶和释放一氧化氮，可作为激肽诱导的血管舒张的局部协同调节剂。Angiotensin 1-7还可以阻断Ang II诱导的平滑肌细胞增殖和肥大，并显示对内皮的抗血管生成和生长抑制作用。Angiotensin 1-7显示出抗炎活性。
Angiotensin (1-7) is an endogenous heptapeptide in the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) that exhibits cardioprotective effects due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic activities in cardiomyocytes. Angiotensin 1-7 inhibits purified canine angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity and can serve as a local co-regulator of kinin-induced vasodilation by suppressing ACE and releasing nitric oxide. Additionally, Angiotensin 1-7 can block Ang II-induced smooth muscle cell proliferation and hypertrophy, demonstrating anti-angiogenic and growth-inhibitory effects on the endothelium. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.
