Description：iRGD peptide是由9个氨基酸组成的二硫键环肽，结构比较稳定。临床上iRGD peptide主要用于检测、治疗肿瘤，先与 av integrins 结合，随后酶解产生 CRGDK/R 与 神经纤毛蛋白-1 (neuropilin-1) 相互作用，从而促进药物的组织渗透，具有靶向肿瘤、肿瘤渗透的作用。
IRGD peptide is a disulfide linked cyclic peptide composed of 9 amino acids, with a relatively stable structure. In clinical practice, iRGD peptide is mainly used for detecting and treating tumors. It first binds to AV integrins, and then enzymatically hydrolyzes to produce CRGDK/R, which interacts with neuropilin-1 to promote tissue penetration of drugs and has the effect of targeting tumors and tumor infiltration.
