Description：Etelcalcetide是一种钙敏感受体（CASR）激动剂，是由一条七个氨基酸组成的多肽与一个单独的Cys通过分子间的巯基形成的多肽，FDA于2017年2月7日批准上市，维拉卡肽能够通过结合和活化钙敏感受体降低PTH分泌，以维拉卡肽为主要原料的药物能用于治疗慢性肾病成人患者做血液透析治疗的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进。Etelcalcetide hydrochloride具有钙敏感受体(CaSR)活化剂的作用，同时还可以起到有效降低接受血液透析的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的甲状旁腺激素(PTH)浓度的功能。
Etelcalcetide is a calcium sensitive receptor (CASR) agonist, which is a peptide composed of seven amino acids and a single Cys formed by intermolecular thiol groups. It was approved by the FDA on February 7, 2017. Vilacatide can reduce PTH secretion by binding and activating calcium sensitive receptors. Drugs mainly made from Vilacatide can be used to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism in adult patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis treatment. Etelcalcetide hydrochloride acts as a calcium sensitive receptor (CaSR) activator and can effectively reduce the concentration of parathyroid hormone (PTH) in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism undergoing hemodialysis.
