Solnatide is a peptide with a cyclic structure that has certain advantages in maintaining biological stability. The peptide sequence contains 21 amino acids. As a drug ingredient, Solnatide is currently the only compound that can accelerate the clearance of alveolar fluid in clinical trials. In terms of clinical manifestations, sornatide can restore physiological lung function in patients with pulmonary permeability edema (using mechanical ventilation) and primary transplant dysfunction (caused by lung transplantation), and has entered the phase II clinical research stage.
