Eltrekibart is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed for the treatment of moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and other neutrophilic inflammatory diseases. It functions as a unique broad-spectrum chemokine antagonist. Its primary mechanism of action is to specifically and potently neutralize all seven known ligands (CXCL1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8/IL-8) that signal through the CXCR1 and CXCR2 chemokine receptors.
