Ralzapastotug (AB-308) is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT). As an inhibitory immune checkpoint blocker, it binds to TIGIT on T cells and NK cells to prevent its interaction with ligands such as CD155 (PVR), thereby restoring anti-tumor immunity by enhancing T cell and NK cell activity. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, often in combination with other agents like PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors.
