Uprevstobart is a human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting CD73 (ecto-5'-nucleotidase, NT5E), an enzyme that converts extracellular AMP to immunosuppressive adenosine. It binds to CD73 to inhibit adenosine production in the tumor microenvironment, thereby blocking adenosine-mediated suppression of T and NK cells. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, often in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors, for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
