Tulisokibart is a fully human IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting TNF-like ligand 1A (TL1A, also known as TNFSF15), a cytokine involved in mucosal inflammation and fibrosis. It binds to TL1A to block its interaction with death receptor 3 (DR3), thereby inhibiting downstream pro-inflammatory and pro-fibrotic signaling. It is being developed for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
