Trabikibart (CSL311) is a fully human IgG4 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting the common beta chain (βc) of the granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), interleukin-3 (IL-3), and interleukin-5 (IL-5) receptors (also known as CSF2RB). It binds to βc to block signaling by all three cytokines, thereby suppressing inflammation and myeloid cell activation. It is being developed for the treatment of severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other eosinophilic or neutrophilic inflammatory diseases.
