Sabatolimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-3 (TIM-3). It blocks TIM-3, an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor expressed on T cells, NK cells, and myeloid cells, to restore anti-tumor immunity. It is being developed for the treatment of myeloid malignancies (e.g., acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes) and solid tumors.
