Description：Lipopeptide由亲水性肽键和亲脂脂肪链组成多肽，棕榈酰六肽具有良好的表面活性，能增加生物表面活性剂。实验研究证明，脂肽可以提高尿激酶的活性，防止凝血。脂肽具有趋化性，能促进真皮成纤维细胞的迁移和增殖，促进基质大分子（如弹性蛋白、胶原等）的合成，增强肌肤修复能力。同时，还可诱导成纤维细胞和单核细胞到特定部位，实现创面修复和组织再生。脂肽能够激活体内有关酶系，促进中间代谢膜的通透性，最终产生特定的生理效应。
Lipopeptide is a polypeptide composed of hydrophilic peptide bonds and lipophilic fatty acid chains. Palmitoyl hexapeptide exhibits excellent surface activity and can enhance biosurfactants. Experimental studies have demonstrated that lipopeptides can increase the activity of urokinase and prevent coagulation. Lipopeptides possess chemotactic properties, promoting the migration and proliferation of dermal fibroblasts, as well as the synthesis of extracellular matrix macromolecules (such as elastin and collagen), thereby enhancing skin repair capacity. Additionally, lipopeptides can induce the recruitment of fibroblasts and monocytes to specific sites, facilitating wound healing and tissue regeneration. Lipopeptides are capable of activating relevant enzyme systems in the body, improving the permeability of intermediate metabolic membranes, and ultimately producing specific physiological effects.
