Description：c(RGDfV)是一种有效的细胞粘附抑制剂，是由5个氨基酸组成的环状多肽，可抑制肿瘤细胞对层粘连蛋白和玻连蛋白底物的粘附。大鼠体内的研究提供了其在改善缺血性急性肾功能衰竭中的效用的第一个证据。c(RGDfV) 还通过阻止细胞间粘附来抑制肾小管阻塞，还有实验表明环肽c(RGDfV)还可用于预防视网膜新生血管形成；其次，c(RGDfV) 与avb3受体结合。
c(RGDfV) is an effective cell adhesion inhibitor, a cyclic peptide composed of five amino acids that inhibits tumor cell adhesion to laminin and vitronectin substrates. Studies in rats provided the first evidence of its utility in improving ischemic acute renal failure. c(RGDfV) also inhibits renal tubular obstruction by blocking intercellular adhesion, and experiments have shown that the cyclic peptide c(RGDfV) can also be used to prevent retinal neovascularization. Additionally, c(RGDfV) binds to the avb3 receptor.
