名称Jatrorrhizine hydroxide
描述Jatrorrhizine hydroxide is an alkaloid extracted from Coptis chinensis with neuroprotective, antimicrobial, antiplasmodial, and antioxidant activities. Jatrorrhizine hydroxide is a potent and orally active acetylcholinesterase inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 872 nM) with over 115-fold selectivity over BuChE. Jatrorrhizine hydroxide reduces serotonin and norepinephrine uptake by blocking dopamine uptake-2 transporters.
体外活性Jatrorrhizine hydroxide具有抗疟原虫活性与抗阿米巴活性，对Plasmodium falciparum和E. histolytica均有抑制作用，其IC50值分别为 3.15 µM和 82.7 µM[1]。 在浓度为25 μM和50 μM时，Jatrorrhizine hydroxide可显著抑制突触体中 5 - 羟色胺和去甲肾上腺素的摄取 [3]。
体内活性Jatrorrhizine hydroxide ( 5、10和20 mg/kg，腹腔注射）在悬尾实验（TST，tail suspension test）中能显著缩短小鼠的不动时间 [2]。
