Description：AF-2是一个从线虫猪蛔虫(Ascaris suum)头提取物中分离出来的多肽物质，是由7个氨基酸组成的多肽。AF-2对肌肉紧张产生多重的效果，可以显著的增加与肌肉膜电位改变相关的紧张改变。AF-2 由于可以增加钾电导率，从而对螺旋中枢神经元具有主要的抑制效果。AF-2 还在秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans, C. elegans)中被检测到。
AF-2 is a polypeptide substance isolated from the head extract of the nematode pig roundworm (Ascaris suum), composed of seven amino acids. It exerts multiple effects on muscle tension, significantly enhancing tension changes related to alterations in muscle membrane potential. AF-2 primarily inhibits spiral ganglion neurons by increasing potassium conductance. It has also been detected in the nematode Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans).
