Description：Tat-beclin 1 是一种自噬蛋白区域 (beclin 1) 衍生的多肽，是自噬 (autophagy) 的有效诱导剂，序列中含有31个氨基酸，并且具有穿膜的生理学功能，并与自噬的负调控因子 GAPR-1 (GLIPR2) 相互作用。Tat-beclin 1 减少了体外聚谷氨酰胺扩增蛋白聚集物的积累和多种病原体(包括 HIV-1) 的复制，并降低了感染基孔肯雅病 (CHIKV) 或西尼罗河病毒 (WNV) 的小鼠的死亡率。
Tat beclin 1 is a peptide derived from the autophagic protein region (beclin 1), which is an effective inducer of autophagy. The sequence contains 31 amino acids and has physiological functions of membrane penetration. It interacts with the negative regulator of autophagy, GAPR-1 (GLIPR2). Tat beclin 1 reduced the accumulation of in vitro polyglutamine amplification protein aggregates and the replication of various pathogens, including HIV-1, and decreased the mortality rate of mice infected with chikungunya disease (CHIKV) or West Nile virus (WNV).
