描述	Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) is an IgG2b monoclonal antibody directed against mouse Galectin-9 that promotes inflammatory responses by enhancing the secretion of IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-6, increases CD8 T cell and regulatory T cell frequencies, reduces graft survival through increased CD4+ and CD8+ T cell infiltration, Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody is extensively applied in research on inflammation, cancer, xenotransplantation, ischemia-reperfusion injury, colon cancer, breast cancer, and leukemia.
体内活性	方法：在角膜移植的 BALB/c 小鼠中，腹腔注射Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1)（0.2 mg，每周 3 次，持续 8 周）；在 MC-38 或 EMT-6 肿瘤负荷小鼠中，每 3 天注射 100 μg，共 3 次；在白血病 C57BL/6 小鼠中，给予 6 mg/kg，每周 3 次，持续 7 周。结果：RG9-1 缩短角膜移植物存活时间，与 GITR 单抗联合时增强抗肿瘤疗效，并在不同疾病模型中延缓白血病进展[1]。
