体外活性	方法：人肝癌HepG2细胞用gluconapin处理，检测NQO1、GSTA3和GCLC（谷氨酸-半胱氨酸连接酶亚基）的表达水平。结果： Gluconapin处理增加HepG2细胞中NAD(P)H醌氧化还原酶1（NQO1）、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶A3和谷氨酸-半胱氨酸连接酶亚基的表达，提示其具有诱导多种抗癌效应的潜力^[1]。
体内活性	方法：急性高脂血症小鼠模型给予gluconapin，检测餐后血脂变化。结果： Gluconapin能够预防小鼠餐后高甘油三酯血症，并降低血浆甘油三酯的上升幅度^[1]。
