描述Shanziside (Shanzhiside) has immunosuppressive activity, it shows significant inhibition of IL-2 secretion by phorbol myristate acetate and anti-CD28 monoclonal antibody co-stimulated activation of human peripheral blood T cells.
体外活性从栀子果中分离出一种新的环烯醚萜类化合物，gardaloside（1），和一种新的番红花素型单萜，jasminoside G（2），以及10种已知化合物，包括九种环烯醚萜类和另一种番红花素型单萜。1和2的结构基于光谱证据确定。
