名称Asperulosidic acid
描述Asperulosidic acid (ASPA) has anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities. ASPA is related to the inhibition of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6) and mediators via suppression of the NF-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways.
体外活性两种新型糖苷，6-O-(beta-D-葡萄糖基)-1-O-辛酰基-beta-D-葡萄糖和Asperulosidic acid，从诺丽果汁中提取，用于研究其对12-O-十四酰基酞酸13-酯(TPA)和表皮生长因子(EGF)诱导的AP-1转录激活和小鼠表皮JB6细胞转化的影响[1]。
