名称Ancymidol
描述Ancymidol is a pyrimidine-type plant growth regulator that primarily inhibits plant cell elongation by suppressing gibberellin biosynthesis, resulting in dwarfing plants and promoting compact plant architecture. Ancymidol is also a cellulose synthesis inhibitor that interferes with cell wall construction, and these properties make it widely used in plant tissue culture, horticultural dwarfing cultivation, and related plant physiology research.
体外活性方法：在由未成熟Marah macrocarpus胚乳制备的微粒体无细胞提取物中检测Ancymidol及其结构类似物，并测量ent-kaurene在赤霉素生物合成氧化步骤中的转化，同时与完整豌豆的生长延缓作用比较。 结果：Ancymidol是无细胞ent-kaurene氧化实验中活性最强的抑制剂之一；改变其环丙基或嘧啶基部分会显著降低活性，支持其具有结构依赖性抑制作用。[1]
