名称Pinostrobin
描述Pinostrobin, a potent flavonoid inducer, exerts a neuroprotective effect against Aα2(25-35)-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cells, at least in part, via inhibiting oxidative damage and calcium overload, as well as suppressing the mitochondrial pathway of cellular apoptosis.
体外活性Pinostrobin从Renealmia alpinia叶的二氯甲烷提取物中被分离出来。研究评估了提取物及Pinostrobin对Bothrops asper蛇毒的间接溶血、凝血和蛋白酶作用的保护特性，以及体内抗出血和抗炎活性。Renealmia alpinia提取物在蛇毒:提取物比例为1:20时，显著抑制了Bothrops asper蛇毒的蛋白酶活性和间接溶血活性。此外，现有数据显示Pinostrobin可能减轻蛇毒引起的局部组织由于出血效应的损伤，并且该化合物还负责Renealmia alpinia提取物的镇痛和抗炎活性。这是首次报道Renealmia alpinia种中Pinostrobin及其对Bothrops asper蛇毒体外特性的描述[1]。
