Description：H-Gly-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ser-Pro-OH (GRADSP) 是 GRGDSPK 的阴性对照肽，是由6个氨基酸组成的直链多肽。H-Gly-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ser-Pro-OH是细胞外基质蛋白的最小识别序列，能够与整合素（Integrins）受体结合，介导细胞黏附。GRADSP将RGD序列中的Gly（甘氨酸）替换为Ala（丙氨酸），从而失去与整合素结合的能力，因此常用作RGD肽的阴性对照，用于验证细胞黏附实验的特异性。
H-Gly-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ser-Pro-OH (GRADSP) is the negative control peptide of GRGDSPK, a linear polypeptide composed of six amino acids. H-Gly-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ser-Pro-OH serves as the minimal recognition sequence for extracellular matrix proteins, capable of binding to integrin receptors and mediating cell adhesion. GRADSP replaces Gly (glycine) in the RGD sequence with Ala (alanine), thereby losing the ability to bind to integrins. Consequently, it is commonly used as a negative control for RGD peptides to verify the specificity of cell adhesion experiments.
