Description：GaTx2 是一种非常高亲和力的 ClC-2 阻断剂（表观 KD ~ 50 pM）多肽，序列中含有29个氨基酸，并且含有3对二硫键，能减缓 ClC-2 活化并抑制慢门控，但不抑制开放的 ClC-2 通道。GaTx2对 ClC-2 的选择性优于其他 ClC 家族成员（ClC-0、ClC-1、ClC-3 和 ClC-4）、CFTR、GABAC、CaCC 和 KV1.2。
GaTx2 is a highly affinity ClC-2 blocker (epigenetic KD~50 pM) peptide with a sequence of 29 amino acids and 3 pairs of disulfide bonds. It can slow down ClC-2 activation and inhibit slow gating, but does not inhibit open ClC-2 channels. The selectivity of GaTx2 towards ClC-2 is superior to other members of the ClC family (ClC-0, ClC-1, ClC-3, and ClC-4), CFTR, GABAC, CaCC, and KV1.2.
