关于细胞解离的一般注意事项

一般来说,所需的胶原酶NB浓度取决于组织类型和来源以及分离程序。应将建议浓度视为起点浓度,并应目视监测消化过程的进展,以确定最佳条件。
我们建议按活性(PZ单位)而不是重量使用胶原酶NB。Nordmark保证了批次间的高度一致性;但是,可能会出现小的变化。因此,活动中的剂量可确保细胞分离过程的一致结果。有关优化组织消化的更多信息,请联系我们的技术支持!
