Vilastobart is an investigational, Fc-engineered monoclonal antibody of the IgG1-kappa isotype that specifically targets cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4). By modifying its Fc region to enhance binding to activating Fcγ receptors (e.g., FcγRIIIA), it is designed to more potently deplete regulatory T cells (Tregs) within the tumor microenvironment, thereby amplifying anti-tumor T-cell responses.
