Human Fc recognition This antibody recognizes all four human IgG isotypes (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4) and multiple Fc-engineered variants, including N297A, LALA, YTE, LS, S239D/I332E, etc.
Species cross-reactivity
Weak cross-reactivity with cynomolgus IgG was observed by ELISA.
No detectable binding to mouse IgG isotypes (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b).
