背景介绍
神经氨酸酶（NA）和血凝素（HA）是流感病毒表面的主要膜糖蛋白。在初始感染及感染周期末期，血凝素与宿主细胞表面含有唾液酸的受体相结合。而神经氨酸酶则在病毒出芽过程中，切割新生病毒粒子及宿主细胞受体上HA与唾液酸之间的连接键。因此，神经氨酸酶被称为一种受体破坏酶，能够促进病毒释放以及子代病毒在细胞间的高效传播。
