多柔比星（Doxorubicin）是一种具有细胞毒性的蒽环类抗生素，也是一种抗癌化疗药物。作为ADC药物的有效载荷，多柔比星能直接作用于DNA，插入DNA双螺旋链之间，导致DNA解旋，改变DNA的模板特性，并抑制DNA聚合酶，从而抑制DNA和RNA的合成。抗多柔比星抗体是一种兔单克隆抗体，能特异性识别多柔比星，而不与其他有效载荷反应，其灵敏度高于小鼠抗体。该抗多柔比星抗体是药代动力学（PK）检测中用于测定偶联抗体的一种有用试剂。
